Howard Kupferman
Howard A. Kupferman has an MBA in finance from Fordham University, an MS in Organizational Behavior from Polytechnic Institute of NYU, and a BA in economics from City University of New York. He spent many years on the buy side as a credit analyst in such companies as Moody’s Investors Service, MBIA, and Sumitomo Trust, among others. In addition to working full time as an agent for Executive Business Brokers, he holds a position as an adjunct professor at Polytechnic Institute of NYU where he teaches undergraduate and graduate classes in marketing, organizational behavior, finance and business ethics. His group specializes in acquisitions valued between $1 and $10 million. His expertise lies in structuring deals and managing the relationships between buyers and sellers, guiding them through a difficult process to a successful conclusion.
