Industry Buyer	Typically a sale to an industry buyer is deeply discounted. Industry buyers will typically pay the liquidation value, book value or adjusted book value.
Investor Buyers	Also referred to as a financial buyer, these individuals are concerned with the return they can earn from the acquisition rather than the business in which the seller operates. They are usually more flexible with providing management incentives, including partial ownership.
